Sofidel Sweden AB is now looking for an Integrated Plant Warehouse Manager. We are looking for a problem solver with the overhaul responsibility to guarantee the correct management of relevant warehouses in accordance with safety provisions and group procedures.

Main responsibilities
Guarantee the practical management of relevant warehouses
Guarantee an effective management of the vehicle fleet and provided equipment
Ensure the correct management of products loading and unloading procedures
Check that the delivered product is clearly compliant with the accompanying technical documents
Collaborate with the Group Internal Logistics Process Manager to the correct management of the processes related to the relevant area
Guarantee the carrying out of inventory activities
Guarantee the correct management of the relevant processes in accordance with the group policies and procedures
Supervise the compliance with safety provisions
Be the link between planning and warehouses
Be involved in continuous improvement projects and other potential future projects
Responsible for the warehouse team integration, professional growth, and motivation.
Promote a safety-bound corporate culture
Promote the Corporate Principles and Values



Additional skills/experience
Required skills:
University degree; preferred within Logistics/Finance/Engineering
Strong analytic skills
Technical skills

Preferred but not required skills:
Experience of working in WMS and ERP-system such as SAP
Experience of people/staff management

Vi söker nu en Spare Parts Warehouse Supervisor vars huvuduppgift är att säkerställa in- och ut flödet av reservdelar samt registervård av företagets reservdelslager. Som ansvarig för reservdelslagret säkerställer du bland annat korrekt lagerhållning samt att gällande rutiner och riktlinjer efterlevs. I tjänsten ingår även ett personalansvar för avdelningens idag två medarbetare.
Som Spare Parts Warehouse Supervisor rapporterar du till företagets inköpschef som du har ett nära samarbete med. Du har daglig kontakt med leverantörer i form av offertförfrågningar och hantering av extern reparation av reservdelar. Du har även det övergripande ansvaret för att främja säkerhet- och förbättringsarbete på reservdelslagret.


Kvalifikationer:
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
Gymnasiekompetens
Goda ledaregenskaper
Ett tekniskt intresse
Goda kunskaper i Excel


Meriterande:
God kännedom om verksamhetssystemet SAP eller liknande affärssystem
Eftergymnasial utbildning inom området eller flera års erfarenhet av liknande tjänst
Tidigare ledarskapserfarenheter
